Developer scales back plans for controversial east Indianapolis data center

The developer behind plans for a controversial data center on Indianapolis' east side announced scaled-back plans for the facility ahead of a key vote. Atlanta-based DC BLOX, the data center bringing its latest development to Irvington, announced "key design improvements" it says will "significantly reduce the project's footprint while enhancing local green space."
