Powdered sugar 150 g (¾ cup)
Butter (soft). 115 g (½ cup)
(OR neutral oil) 90 ml (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
Fresh curd (plain, unsweetened) 115 g (½ cup)
Milk (lukewarm, as needed) 120–130 ml
Baking powder 1½ tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Cardamom powder ¾ tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Vanilla / kewra essence 1/2 tsp
Chopped dry fruits (optional) 1/2 cup
