This entire place is designed for complete relaxation, but Chris is trying to train hard, eat clean, stay focused, and complete every task without failing. Because if he misses even one task, he has to end the challenge with a full hour in the cold plunge. That is extremely dangerous, since water this cold can cause severe hypothermia, making the stakes higher than ever. Therme Bucharest has everything except a gym, so Chris Heria had to create a full calisthenics workout with whatever he could find. Between sauna sessions, cold plunge drop sets, venik therapy, massages, red light therapy, and thousands of steps exploring, this became one of Chris Heria’s most unique and demanding training days.
