2016 - 2019 Chevy Volt Propulsion Power Reduced and Malfunction Light Illuminated

A known issue is the EGR valve failure. Because it is only used when the gas engine runs, and for most of us with a Volt that is very infrequent as 99% of driving is electric, the EGR can seize up due to carbon, rust ect. When this happens it overloads and blows F3 fuse and triggers codes and reduced performance. This finally happened,and here is how to disable the EGR and make the code go away.
