California police officer trapped under car after fight with suspect spills into street

Dramatic video captured the moment a San Francisco police officer found himself trapped under a car after a confrontation with a suspected thief spilled into the street. As the two officers tried to detain the suspect, a car hit all three of them, running over the suspect and one officer and trapping the second officer.
