Chicken keema 150gm
Cook for 5 mins
2 boiled egg
2 boiled potato ( medium size)
Smashed well

Green chili 2 pieces
Parsley to taste
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Make shape
Ap flour 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Water as needed
Make slurry
Dip cutlet into slurry
Coat with breadcrumbs
Fry on high flame until golden brown
