Derrick Street Railroad Crossing, Huntsville, AL

*originally recorded on 1-21-26* Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights. Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a Safetran mechanical bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and NEG LED gate lights. After catching 733 in Brownsboro, I decided to hop back on US 72 and chase it back west towards downtown Huntsville. Thankfully, I was able to beat it here with a few minutes to spare, and here we get to see NS 733 once again on this day. Before the crossing activates, you can hear the Huntsville DD over by Oakwood Avenue reading-out for the train.
