In this video, I head out to the apiary to inspect a hive split I performed earlier and discover that half of the split is now queenless. Without a queen, the hive's survival is at risk—but all hope is not lost! I decide to take action by introducing a frame of bees from a previously rescued hive, complete with eggs and young larvae, into the queenless colony. Will the bees accept the new frame and begin raising a queen of their own?
