Can I Make My AliExpress Bike Safe To Ride?

We built a budget carbon superbike entirely from AliExpress parts, but terrifying front-end flex and badly rubbing brakes made it completely unsafe to take out on the road. In this video, we try to salvage our £2,000 project by facing the disc brake mounts and heavily modifying a compression bung to try and stiffen up the sketchy handlebars. Will these mechanical fixes make the bike safe enough to ride, or is this cheap carbon build destined for the bin?
