Upgrading My Gas-Guzzling 2-Stroke outboard to a 4-Stroke – Parsun 60hp Install & Sea Trial

After 30 years of faithful service, my old 90hp 2-stroke outboard had to go. In this video, I replace it with a brand new 60hp Parsun 4-stroke outboard and take you through the full process — from mounting and rigging to throttle and wiring setup. Then we hit the water for a proper sea trial to see how it performs. The new motor is quieter, more reliable, and uses half the fuel. A big upgrade for my fibreglass hull!
