Description

We Rolled A 20,000lb Backhoe With Our Smallest Truck! No, your eyes do not deceive you. That is Alex doing a rollover, but not in our 75ton Big Flipper. This area is notorious for horribly small tiny streets and extreme slopes. Getting a rotator up here alone would be impossible, so Alex took our small medium duty wrecker. This just goes to show it's not just the truck, but the operator. Not being able to rotate or have tons and tons of lifting power meant Alex had to rig this strategically. For this job, he used snatchblocks to help bring the unit over, that also helped to act as a catch as it came over. The upright itself was lightning fast as you'll see here. But the true hard part was getting our tow truck out of here when it was done. The rear end sunk into the ground, and even when clear there, the slope was way too extreme to pull out since it's an automatic. The DJI does not do it justice how steep this hill is. I've done a winch out in this exact same spot in that truck and also got stuck when it was time to leave. Thank you to City Terrace who gave us the job and helped winch the truck back to the top. What did you guys think of this "medium heavy" rollover? Really would appreciate you subscribing if you like this content. I work major overtime on this channel solo and it would mean a lot to me.
