Ay Caramba!! What a Mexican Feast! // Quesadilla + Tacos + Nachos

Ay Caramba… this was a hectic Mexican feast. 🇲🇽🔥 South Auckland, you’ve got a serious Mexican spot on your hands. I pulled up to Ay Caramba, the one-stop shop for authentic Mexican groceries and now fresh Mexican food, and of course nothing pairs better with a Mexican feast than an ice cold Jarritos. 🥤 I kicked things off with the chicken quesadilla, and while it’s probably meant to be shared… you already know sharing isn’t really my style. Next up were the beef birria tacos, absolutely loaded and definitely bigger than a J-Webby mouthful. But if there’s one thing I love, it’s tacos… so they didn’t last long. 🌮 Then came the monthly special nachos stacked with beef, melted cheese and plenty of jalapeños. Honestly, these were so good they shouldn’t be a special… they should be permanent on the menu. If you’re anywhere in South Auckland and craving a proper Mexican feed, this place has you covered.
