He is around 5 years old and was first abandoned by his owner because he was sick. But the owner didn't know how easy his condition was to treat and how affordable. If he knew, the cat probably wouldn't be abandoned. Now it's too late he has lost his eyesight in one eye. If it wasn't for a kind woman helping he would be dead long ago. She fed him but due to financial reasons and family reasons she couldn't bring him home so has to leash him to the same spot everyday. She has to give him medicine. A man saw him online and went to find him. He took him to the vet and started getting him treatment. Although the woman wasn't able to take him to the vet sooner, at least she did her best to help him. She gave him food and water and gave him medicine. Just not the kind that he needed more. She still did her best. Let's not blame her. Everyone else who passed by him did nothing to help either. She was glad that the cat was taken in by the man and he is now looking after him. He has more financial resources so the cat is safer in his hands. She is happy to hear the cat is safe. The man is trying to find him a new owner but he said he will keep the cat if no one step forward to stop him. It's likely no one would because of his appearance due to the disease.
