Why are Helluva Boss Fans UPSET with the new Stella Post?

Did you know this in Helluva Boss? Recently there’s been a situation in the helluva boss fandom involving stella leading to alot of upset fans. What’s going on? Let me explain. So yesterday to celebrate mother’s day the helluva boss twitter put up a tweet with an image of stella with text saying support women’s wrongs, happy mothers day. So obviously the punchline here is that stella is a bad mother, but gets the mother’s day post. Almost immediately things started to kick off in the comments. There were plenty of posts from fans complaining. There’s people saying the post should’ve been dedicated to other mothers, or how stella doesn’t deserve a mother’s day. A couple of people even wished death upon her. Things spiralled further when people rolled out the valentino no consent no problem poster and the pimpin not simpin mug. There’s various posts pointing out how fans were okay with valentino getting the spotlight, but get upset when stella gets it. So personally I actually found the post pretty funny. However it’s clear that the joke went over the heads of alot of people. It was obviously intentional ragebait, the helluva boss twitter even liked some posts pointing that out. They’ve done it plenty of times and it worked again here. Like with any fandom it’s unpopular to like the evil characters. Stella is really underrated though, i hope she appears more in the future.
