Today we are making a delicious Bhuna Gosht (Roasted Beef) recipe that is perfect for when you have sudden guests or want a fantastic meal in minutes. This "One-Pot" pressure cooker method saves you time—just 30 minutes of pressure cooking and 10 minutes of "Bhunai" (roasting) for a tender, flavorful beef masala. If you enjoy the video, please Like, Share, and Subscribe! 📋 Ingredients Required: For Pressure Cooking: 1 kg Beef (Washed) 2 Medium Onions (Sliced) 2 Tomatoes (Chopped) Whole Spices: 1 Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi), 3 Green Cardamoms (Choti Elaichi), 2 Cloves (Laung) 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp Salt (or to taste) 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch) 1/2 Cup Mustard Oil (or any vegetable oil) Water (As per your cooker's requirement) For Bhunai (Roasting): 3 tbsp Yogurt (Beaten/Whisked) 1 tbsp Paprika Powder (for color) 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) 1/4 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain) - Great for digestion with beef 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder (Zeera) 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp Fennel Powder (Saunf) - For aroma For Garnish: Fresh Coriander Ginger Juliennes Chopped Green Chilies 👩‍🍳 Method: Add beef, onions, tomatoes, whole spices, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chili powder, oil, and water into the pressure cooker. Pressure cook on full flame for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, release pressure and open the lid. Turn on high flame to dry out the excess water. Once the water dries and oil starts to appear, lower the flame. Add yogurt, paprika, black pepper, ajwain, cumin powder, garam masala, and fennel powder. Roast (Bhunai) on low/medium heat until the oil separates and the masala gets a beautiful dark color. Garnish with coriander, ginger, and green chilies. Serve hot! ✨ Quote of the Day (Hadith): Hazrat Anas bin Malik (R.A) reported that the Prophet (PBUH) said: "Whoever makes the Hereafter his goal, Allah makes his heart rich, and organizes his affairs, and the world comes to him whether it wants to or not." ====================================================== Connect with us: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/recipeTrier/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/recipetrier1 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/recipetrier1 Stay with us, cook with us and guide us so we can improve.
