INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Moringa Leaves
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour/Gehun ka Aata
2 Tbsp Ghee
2 Cheese Cubes
4 Tbsp Milk
Salt
METHOD
1. Wash moringa leaves and pat dry with a cotton cloth and finely chop.
2. Take whole wheat flour, add ghee, grated cheese and salt. Mix well and then add chopped moringa leaves. You may use methi leaves instead, if you don’t want to use moringa leaves.
3. Mix till well combined. Add chilled milk and mix to form a dough.
4. Roll the dough into a thin sheet and cut 1 inch squares and prick using a fork. Place on a baking tray lined with a parchment paper.
5. Preheat oven at 160°C for 10 minutes and bake the crackers at the same temperature for 12-15 minutes.
6. Let them cool down and enjoy!
