Description
The UST Junior Golden Tigresses aim for another offseason title as they lead a seven-team, week-long Shakey’s National Invitationals tournament from July 11 to 18 at the FilOil Arena in San Juan City.
Led by wing spiker Nicole Pelaez and libero Chasliey Pepito, the Junior Tigresses seek a quick roster turnaround as they look to integrate their new recruits.
A total of five players from their Girls’ Volleyball Invitational League title-winning squad will be playing for UST in the short meet.
UST will be joined by Perfect Set Dream Makers from Los Angeles, Pusong Azul, Arellano University, St. John’s Institute from Bacolod, One La Salle from Green Hills, Zobel, and Dasmariñas, and Pacific Volleyball Academy from Guam. | Video by Philip Martin Matel/Rappler
