CBI has arrested PV Kulkarni, a Chemistry lecturer linked to the NTA exam process, as the alleged mastermind behind the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case. According to reports, Kulkarni allegedly conducted special classes in Pune where students were dictated actual NEET questions, options and correct answers before the exam. Investigators later found that several handwritten questions matched the actual NEET paper. Another accused, Manisha Waghmare, was also arrested for allegedly arranging students and collecting money.
