An auto rickshaw driver mistakenly gifts his wife, Premlata, an item left by a couple, sparking unexpected consequences. Mahesh, an honest and hardworking auto-rickshaw driver, stumbles upon a package left behind by a young couple, Kartik and Sunaina, who were his passengers. Without realizing its true owners, Mahesh decides to take the package home and present it as a gift to his wife, Premlata. When Premlata receives the unexpected gift, she feels deeply special and loved, assuming it was a thoughtful gesture from her husband.
