Black sticky rice pudding was the first dessert I made after leaving Thailand because it was one of my favorites growing up so nostalgia points are high. In this video my black rice pudding has some job's tear seeds mixed in (they're kind of like a fat barley) but I also love longans (canned is fine), young coconut (canned also fine), corn and taro.
