- 2 Green chilies

- 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon of roasted curry powder
- 3/4 tablespoon of curry masala powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 100ml coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons of tamarind juice
- 1 teaspoon of cracked pepper for garnishing
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder for garnishing
Cooking Method:
1. Prepare the moringa pods and dried fish. Cut them into preferred cookable sizes.
2. Add all ingredients, except dried fish, coconut milk, tamarind juice, ginger, and garlic, and cook until the moringa pieces are cooked and soft.
3. At this stage, add the dried fish pieces and mix well.
4. Add coconut milk and tamarind juice and cook further for 5 minutes.
5. Now add the ginger, garlic, cracked pepper and cumin powder, mix well, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
6. Serve the mixed curry combo with steamed rice or stringhoppers, bread, idli, Thosai, or even noodles.
