While checking out Lego Galaxy @legolandflorida we tried the Supernova Sandwich and the Cookies and Cosmos Sundae. They were both amazing and we definitely recommend trying them. Supernova Sandwich: Crispy Chicken Breast Sandwich Tossed with a purple sweet Thai chili glaze, topped with a sesame, carrot and red cabbage slaw, and finished with a bold blue roasted garlic mayo. Served on a soft brioche bun and with a side of ube ranch dusted fries. Cookies and Cosmos Sundae: Two scoops of blue cookies-and-cream ice cream served banana-split style in a souvenir cup with fresh bananas, rich chocolate sauce, cookie crumbs, and out-of-this-world sprinkles. #legogalaxy #legolandflorida #legoland #legoland
