She could have easily put down her own card, or let her mom fill out the authorization, and then figured out why they thought it had been booked and paid for through Suxpedia. Maybe they'd mixed their trips up? Maybe the mom had been looking at Suxpedia, booked through the hotel instead, and forgot? There's so many explanations for what happened, but the second you start yelling and cursing, it doesn't matter anymore. You're OUT! ❌
