From the ground, the skyscrapers of the New Blue Area were completely swallowed by a thick blanket of fog—but wait until you see what the drone captured from above. A City of Two Worlds: • The Disappearing Act: As the drone climbed, the massive buildings that were invisible from the street suddenly poked through the fog. Below was a sea of white clouds, but above, the sky was crystal clear! • Fog vs. Sunshine: It’s fascinating how Islamabad can have two climates at once. While the Blue Area is buried in mist, the Faisal Mosque and Margalla Hills are basking in bright sunshine with perfect visibility. • Nature's Carpet: Looking down at F-9 Park, the fog looks exactly like low-hanging clouds, yet just a few blocks away toward Centaurus, the sun is out and the views are wide open. Islamabad never ceases to amaze.
