Big Rig Drag Racing EXPLAINED

As soon as these trucks take off, the left side lifts into the air. So this insane event is actually called Big Rig Drag Racing, and these are not your typical highway trucks. They're heavily modified with massive turbochargers and reinforced engine parts built to unleash explosive torque while pulling a fully loaded trailer. Now the engine is attached to the frame, so when they launch hard, the sheer force from the engine literally tries to twist the whole truck in the opposite direction of the spinning drive shaft lifting one side off the ground.
