Chopping Corn Silage at Keller Farms | Saint Henry Ohio In this video I visit Keller Farms near Saint Henry Ohio as they are chopping corn silage and building a silage pile. This silage is used to feed their dairy cow heard. I have done some other silage videos at this farm years ago and they have several different machines since then, In the field they are chopping with their Claas Jaguar 979 self propelled forage harvester with a Claas head taking in 10 30inch rows of corn, They have four tractor pulling Meyer silage trailers. Two John Deere 7820's, A John Deere 7810 and a Ford New Holland 8870. On the silage pile they are running a Case IH 450 tractor with a front blade, A John Deere 9360R with a front blade and 3 point hitch packer and a Ford 8970.
