The President of Ghana has issued a bold call for the unity of all Black people across Africa and the Caribbean, reminding the world that our shared history, struggle, and destiny cannot be separated. From the slave trade routes linking West Africa to the Caribbean, to today’s movement for economic cooperation, cultural reconnection, and political solidarity, Ghana is pushing for a new era of partnership between Africa and the global Black diaspora. Ghana has declared that it remains committed to strengthening Africa–Caribbean relations built on shared history, mutual respect, and a common vision for prosperity.
