Description
December 9-12, 2025
President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is making every effort to promote
transparency and improve the lives of all Filipinos. He urged Congress to
prioritize four (4) proposed legislative measures: the Anti-Dynasty Bill, the
Independent People’s Commission Act, the Party-List System Reform Act, and the Citizens' Access and Disclosure of Expenditures for National Accountability (CADENA) Act.
Besides prioritizing these bills, the Chief Executive envisions improving the
welfare of Filipino farmers. He led the groundbreaking of the Korea Agricultural Machinery Industry Complex (KAMIC) and the turnover of various agriculturalinterventions to farmers in Central Luzon.
The President also aims to reduce unemployment nationwide. With support
from the Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) and other government
agencies, he led the Job Fair + Skills E-Hub at the Mall of Asia (MOA) in Pasay City to help job seekers find suitable opportunities and offer upskilling programs.
Infrastructure development continues to be a top priority for the Administration. President Marcos Jr. inspected ongoing repairs on the San Juanico Bridge in Tacloban City, a project scheduled for completion next year. As Commander-in-Chief, he attended the inaugural Battalion Commanders’ Symposium for External Security Operations.
