DON'T TAKE LIFE FOR GRANTED!......A Heart Attack? What, Me?! 😱

Yep, you never know what's around the corner! Here's my very recent story and where I am now. I had a heart attack just three weeks ago, completely out of the blue, and despite how hard I work to keep myself fit! I'm currently laid up recovering so am not able to walk any significant distance or to film for the time being.
