This is the much less common early version of the Route 66. This version uses a PLL02A PLL chip as the Sanyo LC7137 which is fitted in the later version was clearly not yet available. This means multi crystal mixers & seperate 10.24, transmit & then receive freqency adjustments. Finding the test points even with the full manual is challenging.
Although he manual covers both versions...kind of....the later Mk2 version has no aligment description whatsoever.
