I love the 2026 Hyundai Palisade XRT... but In this review, we're taking a deep dive into the 2026 Hyundai Palisade XRT Pro, a vehicle that gets so much right but makes one major misstep. Let's start with the good, and there's a lot of it. The Palisade XRT Pro is a massive contender in its segment, starting with its impressive affordability and capability. It boasts what might be the best ground clearance in its class and features a capable electric LSD (e-LSD) for solid traction. Inside, it's a home run. The interior is a masterclass in smart design, blending high-tech features with practical storage. Hyundai nailed the balance between physical buttons and knobs (which we love!) and a large, intuitive touchscreen. It's spacious, well-thought-out, and a great place to be. So, what's the "Pro"blem? The issue is with that "Pro" badge. When you see "Pro," you expect rugged, off-road-ready hardware. Instead, the XRT Pro is missing critical underbody protection and comes with tires that are only somewhat capable, not truly rugged. To top it off, it even has less horsepower than the previous year's model. The Verdict: If you can ignore the misleading "Pro" label, the 2026 Hyundai Palisade XRT is one of the most affordable, capable, and smartly designed family SUVs on the market.
