Costco SUSHI Burrito review 🍣🌯

Costco just dropped a sushi burrito combo and this one actually surprised me. You get 2 spicy sushi burritos and 2 inari sushi, sold by weight at $16.99/lb. The burrito itself is made with real crab, salmon, avocado, and cucumber, and the rice is surprisingly solid (which is rare for Costco sushi). The nori holds up better than expected, and the sauce tastes very similar to Bachan’s / eel sauce. The biggest downside is the inari sushi. Too much cold rice and it ends up hurting the overall value of the combo. ⭐ Burrito alone: 9/10 ⭐ Overall: 8.2/10 If they swapped the inari for more sushi burrito, this would be one of the best Costco sushi deals.
