Vamos continuar nossa jornada explorando os traços dos ENFPs e ENFJs, dois tipos que compartilham características de extroversão, intuição e sentimentos, mas diferem em como preferem lidar com a organização. Respostas do exercício “Transcriber on duty!” 1. He’s intellectually quick and can easily handle a broad range of things. 2. She gets excited about new projects, but she hates doing the same thing twice. 3. He’s so creative that he never does anything the same way twice. 4. Her ability to think strategically and solve problems makes her a great friend to have around. 5. People often call him a visionary because of how he sees the bigger picture. 6. She values competence and has no patience for things that don’t make sense. 7. At work, he’s always quick to spot any flaws in the system. He can read people so well, it’s like he knows what they’re thinking. 8. She gets bored easily with routines, which is why she’s always looking for something new to do. 9. ENTJs are known for being confident and direct, which is why they’re such strong leaders. 10. That’s why you’re great at spotting problems at work and coming up with intelligent solutions. Respostas dos desafios: 1. In my opinion, the top three things that ENTPs struggle with are: One, a lack of focus. Number two, being brutally honest, having high expectations, and being critical of other people. And the third thing on my list is being rebellious and resistant to conventional thinking. 2. - I know how your brother will act. Strategists can read other strategists. But you... One day, you're emotional; the next, you're strategic; the next, you're... having your woman time. - My "woman time"? 3. I'm your program director. I'm gonna notice some things. Lack of attention to details, hyperfocus, uh, poor organizational skills. 4. So, game theory is the science of strategic thinking. The idea here is that any time that you’re interacting with another person who has their own interests and is trying to achieve their own ends, they are trying to do the best they can, given what they want. You’re trying to do the best you can, given what you want, and so you’re interacting in a strategic situation. One of you is trying to achieve what you want. The other is trying to achieve what they want. Game theory is a mathematical theory that attempts to make sense of how it is that people interact in these strategic situations.
