CNG prices in Delhi-NCR have been increased by ₹1 per kg, marking the second hike within 48 hours. With the latest revision, CNG now costs ₹80.09 per kg in Delhi, crossing the ₹80 mark for the first time. This follows an earlier ₹2 per kg increase on May 15, taking the total rise in just two days to ₹3 per kg. Prices have also gone up across NCR, with CNG at ₹88.70 in Noida and Ghaziabad, and ₹85.12 in Gurugram. The back-to-back hikes come amid rising global energy costs and tensions in West Asia and are expected to impact public transport and retail inflation.
