The ingredients of this anti inflammatory juice recipe are :
7 ribs of celery washed and chopped into small pieces.
1/4 pineapple, washed, cored and chopped.
34 fl oz of water (approx 1 L ).
1 inch of fresh ginger peeled and chopped (optional).
Put the ingredients in the blender and blend until completely smooth.
Drink 1 cup (240 ml approx 8 fl oz ) of this anti inflammatory recipe, 1/2 hour before breakfast in the morning, in a daily basis for 3 days.
