Learn how to paint a White Lotus Flower using acrylic paints in this calm and beginner-friendly tutorial. In this Day 19 lesson, I guide you step by step to create soft, elegant lotus petals using simple brush techniques.
This class is perfect for beginners, hobby artists, and anyone who loves relaxing flower painting.
đš In this tutorial, you will learn:
âą Basic acrylic brush strokes
âą Petal layering and blending
âą How to paint a realistic white lotus
Grab your brushes, relax, and paint along with me.
Tip:
Donât use pure white when painting a white flower.
Soften it by mixing in a little yellow or Payneâs Grey. This creates depth and allows you to add bright highlights and crisp white details later. đšâš

Instructions:
1) Before you start painting flowers, make sure to practice the basic strokes.
You can download my practice sheet from my eBook, which includes guided designs, or simply practice the strokes on blank paper.
2) For each stroke, I reload the brush. This helps achieve well-defined strokes and a smooth, even flow. You donât need to add water to the paint for smoothnessâsimply reloading the brush with paint does the magic.
