Detective: Rope Tied to Chair Found in Accused Killer’s Bedroom

A detective reviewed a search warrant that was executed at the apartment of Kevin Lychwick. During the search, the detective found a rope tied to a foldable chair in Lychwick's bedroom. The detective testified that the rope was linked to murdered neighbor Carlos Maldonado.
