Description

Hunting stingrays with a stick is one of the most primitive and surprisingly effective ways to acquire protein-rich food from the ocean. Protein and fat are key macronutrients necessary for human survival and stingrays are loaded with these nutrients and much more. The liver is exceptionally good and rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Roasting the liver over a fire with a sage leaf for added flavor produces a 5-star Michelin delicacy. Boiling the entire stingray in a clay pot of water effectively contains all the nutrients inside the pot for a fully satisfying meal. The venomous barb is neutralized during cooking.
