Client provided MYSTERY engine - will it start?

He ended up sending us a used outboard because they no longer make this series engine. Problem is the outboard has not been ran in years and has over 300 hours on it. We're not positive it starts either. We ended up swapping the engine cover, painting it to match, and mounting it on the boat. Do you thing it will start you know how we feel about customer provided parts?
