I've been FIRED...blamed again

When we got to the yacht there was a massive issue...the customer had done some of his own work on the boat. The wiring was a rats nest and had a bunch of issues. We told him we wanted to load test all of the batteries, but instead he just changed them all out. He was then annoyed with us because he said we told him to do that. We showed him the invoice and explained we never told him to do that. The business relationship ended there. Have you ever had something like this happen?
