A years-long mystery surrounding missing Texas boy Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez may finally be nearing a breakthrough after investigators say they discovered human remains behind his family’s former home. Authorities allege Noel’s mother, Cindy Rodriguez Singh, lied about his whereabouts before fleeing to India with her family, eventually landing on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list as prosecutors built a capital murder case against her. Now, even with the grim discovery, investigators say major questions remain about what really happened to Noel, and whether the full truth has finally surfaced.
