Arrival of President Lee Jae Myung and Mrs. Kim Hea Kyung of the Republic of Korea & Wreath-laying Ceremony Villamor Air Base, Pasay City & Rizal Park, City of Manila March 3, 2026 President Lee Jae Myung of the Republic of Korea and his spouse, Mrs. Kim Hea Kyung, arrived in the Philippines for a two-day state visit from March 3 to 4, 2026. The visit, upon the invitation of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., coincides with the 77th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in March 1949. Following his arrival, President Lee Jae Myung proceeded to Rizal Park for a wreath-laying ceremony at the Rizal Monument.
