A Foray from Eggardon Hill into wild and historic Dorset

Today we start and finish at the mighty and lofty Eggardon Hill, an ancient hill fort in central Dorset. From there, we foray into wild Dorset walking in the footsteps of infamous smuggler, Isaac Gulliver, and the Knights Hospitallers, visiting some quaint and historic settlements along the way. With beautiful weather, skylarks, views aplenty, wonderful hamlets, and even some mud 😱, this was a day of adventures. But what a sunset to end the day with! I hope you enjoy 'walking' with me.
