I broke the shaft!

I broke the shaft! An example of metal fatigue in real life. The way the shaft was supported I broke it once before and added a third support bearing. Unfortunately getting things perfectly straight and perfectly aligned didn't happen and it caused the shaft to brake at it's weakest point. I welded it up and removed one bearing. Next time it brakes, I'll have to replace the entire shaft and roller and build an entirely new roller and shaft combination.
