1. BADAM - 100gm
2. MAKHANA – 50-60gm
3. ROASTED CHANA - 100 gm
4. Poppy Seeds - 2 Table spoon
5. Dry Dates - 15 Qy
6. Khand/Misri (Sugar Candy)
- Dry roast all except Dry dates. Make it cool and then grind all together. Separately, add power of Dry dates (excluding seeds) and Misri into mixture. Recommend intake: Adults: 01 to 02 Tablespoon into milk Kids: 1/2 to 01 tablespoon. Precaution: Take less quantity, if you don't want high calories.
