Description

DIY VIETNAMESE ICED COFFEE I linked some of the stuff used in the video (cups, phin drip, frothing cup). https://liketk.it/5LP2E 2-3 TBSP coffee grains* Pinch of salt Water Condensed milk +/- *you can use Café Du Monde or anything robusta coffee Note: im using an 8 oz phi drip I made a simple vanilla sweet cap by frothing together: Heavy whipping cream, vanilla, maple syrup and a pinch of salt. 1. in your phin drip, add 2-3 TBSP of robusta coffee grains. 2. do an initial pour of water.. not too much. Just enough so your coffee grains can bloom. Once all of the water drips, then fill water to the top and wait for this to drip. Fill the water to the top 2-3 times. 3. Once the water dripped through, then add condensed milk. Here you can add as much or as little. This is all preference on how sweet/ milk you like your coffee. Add ice to coffee and enjoy as is or… 4. Optional: I like to add a sweet cap to my coffee
