The LPA 92W over the Philippine Sea, has traversed Surigao Del Sur late this afternoon, and has upgraded into TD Verbena and is now over the southern coastal waters of Bohol. Forecast to cross Central and Western Visayas later today. Heavy rains with a threat of flooding and landslides are likely to occur across these areas.
