Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) presents the Daily National Weather Forecast for 07 March 2026. During the last 24 hours, weather remained dry across most parts of Pakistan, while cold conditions persisted in mountainous areas during morning and night hours. However, light rain occurred at isolated places in Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan. Temperatures in plain areas remained above normal, with the highest maximum temperature recorded in Hyderabad (40°C) while Padidan, Tando Jam and Mithi recorded 38°C. Weather Outlook: Islamabad & Potohar Region Weather will remain dry on Sunday, while partly cloudy conditions with gusty winds are expected on Monday and Tuesday afternoon. Northern Areas Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir and Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are likely to experience partly cloudy weather on Sunday, while light to moderate rain with light snowfall over high mountains is expected Monday and Tuesday. Southern Pakistan From Sunday to Tuesday, most areas of Southern Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan will remain hot and dry. However partly cloudy conditions and gusty winds may occur in Southern Punjab during daytime on Monday and Tuesday.
