Type as fast as you can without deleting anything. Doing this helps to silence your inner critic and gets a first draft out without overthinking. Yes, it'll be messy, with typos everywhere, formatting chaos, but that's the point. You can then clean it up with Grammarly, which fixes the mess, humanises the tone, and flags where readers might get confused. First draft done. Second draft smarter.
