Skyrim | Part 126 - The Dawnstar Sanctuary

With Titus Mede II killed, the only left to do is to rebuild the Dark Brotherhood at the Dawnstar Sanctuary. With my new PC I plan to redo my older, laggy, crash-prone playthrough, with more mods, some changed, and many returning. I haven't had a chance to test half of these so this is basically a blind playthrough in terms of mods.
